This is EXTREMELY important for me as I need to have a list of the Grouping of Family & Friends you want during your Family Photo Time.
This grouping list is used during your Family photo time of the day ONLY.
Please be as descriptive as possible with names, and keep in mind outside of this list unless grabbed by you or your coordinator I will NOT be photographing Family Members at tables eating or sitting down.
Please remember that no shot is guaranteed, but I will do my best to capture it on your day!
You can also send me it in an Email or Text just write that you are going to send it to me through there.

Backup Plan's in case it rains, or the venue doesn't have enough spots for photos?

In the case it does rain (and your not happy with rain shots/black skies shots) please remember you have an option to do a ANOTHER DAY SESSION for an extra Fee ($750.00).
Are you having a Send off at the end of the night? (SPARKLER, ETC.)

Do you want me to capture it? Please keep this in mind with your hours of coverage!
Also keep in mind that your exit need's to be done during hours of service. For example, if coverage ends at 11:00pm recommendation is for guests to line up at 10:50pm to be done during hours of service.
Extra fee will apply if exit is done outside service hours.
Do you anticipate extending me if something run's late, or needing extra coverage ?

It happen's, and sometimes you want me to stay to capture more.
I like to know as early as possible if you want me to *try* to stay.
Unfortunately Extended Hours are not guaranteed. I can not always facilitate extra hours of coverage due to time, distance, and other possible wedding/shoot the next day.
If you anticipate this is going to happen please let me know in advance so I can try to facilitate it.
Cost for extending is based on contract and is stated at the end of it.
Anything I should know about outside of this questionnaire ?
Just so I can have a heads up land try to be as alert as much as possible!
