How do I book you, and how does the payment schedule work?

For weddings, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due when the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due no later than one month (30 days) before the wedding.

How much does a Miami wedding photographer cost? What are your prices?

My wedding collections start at $6,900 for 8 hours of coverage with two photographers. Micro weddings start at $3,995, Florida elopements at $3,000, and courthouse weddings at $2,000. Everyone has different wants and needs on their wedding day, so if a collection doesn’t quite fit, reach out and I’ll create a custom quote.

How many images are included with my package?

For weddings, I normally deliver up to 1,000 photos. To be transparent, I prefer quality over quantity, and I don’t cap the number of images I give my couples. If a photo is a deliverable memory, I will include it in your gallery. The most important thing for your wedding is having the right hours of coverage so you don’t miss any memories.

Do your wedding collections include a second photographer?

Yes. Every one of my wedding collections includes two photographers, so we can be in two different places at the same time and cover more of your day.

Do you charge for travel or for weddings far from South Florida?

Weddings outside the Miami/Broward area are usually subject to a travel fee. The travel fee covers the time, gas, tolls, hotel and food that come with your wedding or shoot. I will always tell you exactly what the travel fee is BEFORE you sign the contract. My goal is pure transparency. I also photograph weddings and elopements across Florida, New York, the rest of the United States and internationally.

How long does it take to get our photos back?

Contractually, my turnaround time is 90 days for a wedding and 60 days for an engagement session. My average turnaround is much quicker than that (about 45 days for weddings and 3 weeks for engagement sessions), but I keep that maximum timeframe because of the season and workload I may have. I put my heart and soul into editing, so I promise you won’t be disappointed! I also send sneak peeks of your wedding or shoot, usually within 7 days.

How many locations and outfits can we have for an engagement session?

It depends on how many hours we are shooting. Most engagement sessions are around 1 to 1.5 hours, and we almost always shoot at golden hour (sunrise or sunset). Because of the time, we usually use one location, and I recommend no more than two outfits because of the limited time and the walking back and forth. You can extend your engagement session if needed, at an extra cost.

Do you offer video or wedding planning?

I don’t provide video directly, but I have a few videographers I love to work with, including Alex Martinez Films, and I’m always happy to recommend options based on your budget and needs. I also offer photo and planning packages with my wife Anette of Leiton & Co., so you get the dream team working together on your day.

Besides weddings, do you do family or maternity shoots?

Absolutely! I love lifestyle family sessions, where I get to capture your family doing what you love most, and maternity shoots are AWESOME. I always come with creative ideas, and we can explore what you have in mind.
